Model 3624 Wet Blast Cabinet

I have been involved with wet blasting machines for over 30 years. I have designed and built equipment for a wide variety of industries. In all these years there has always been one thing missing, an affordable, decent entry level wet blast machine. Well, finally, here it is!

Specifications

  • Cabinet -Upper – Powder coated in red inside and outside
  • Cabinet Dimensions – 35" Wide, 22" Deep, 60" Height
  • Door opening 20" X 10" in front 20" X 17" towards the back of the cabinet
  • Hopper – Lined with wear resistant material and a bonded rubber sheet under the air jets
  • Air agitation. All stainless steel or brass plumbing. Agitation jets are tungsten carbide
  • All interior hardware is non-rusting stainless steel
  • Worktable rated at 400 lbs.
  • Rubber blast mat to protect worktable
  • Trigger operated blast gun with .312 ceramic nozzle
  • Dual bulb 40 watt fluorescent light unit
  • Compressed air regulator w/Gauge (high flow rate unit)
  • Production quality lined gloves and gauntlet reduce sweating
  • Washable mesh exhaust filter (A wet vacuum is required for operation)

With this option the entire lower hopper is bonded with 3/16” thick wear resistant rubber. Then the seams and the upper hopper are coated with a wear resistant material. Choose this option if you will be operating the machine often.

 Stainless steel hopper with full protective rubber lining

The advantage of the stainless steel hopper is to totally eliminate the possibility of rust and to prolong the life of the machine. This is the ultimate in hopper design for any wet blast machine.

The advantage of the coated worktable is to have all internal components non-ferrous.

 High Output Blast Gun 3/8" carbide nozzle with foot switch and high flow rate regulator and plumbing upgrade

Specs: .187 SS air jet, brass gun body (40 CFM – 80 PSI). (A 10 hp air compressor is required with this option). Choosing this option converts a “hobby” type machine into a medium duty production machine. You will be well pleased with the blast pattern and speed of blasting with this option.
