Ergonomic Blast Gun

Ergonomic Abrasive Blasting Gun

I invented, designed and marketed the industries first true ergonomic blast gun. The blast gun is uniquely molded from high strength/wear resistant urethane. Whether you blast clean a few parts a week or several hundred a day, the ergonomic abrasive blasting gun lets operators complete cleaning jobs better, easier, faster, and more economically.

Wear Resistant Slurry Pump

Wet Blasting Pump Parts

I designed a pump utilizing the newest technologies in wear resistant materials. The design virtually eliminated wear in some areas of the pump. Other components saw life increases of over 500%.

3624 Entry Level Wet Blast Machine

Wet Blast Machine - Entry Level

Designed, manufactured and brought the first entry level wet blast machine to market. Our 3624 wet blast machine originally sold for under $3,000. This price was thousands less than anything on the market. We wanted to get the wet blast process into the hands of potential users without incurring the usual cost for this equipment. We made sure that the unit was 110 volt, required the minimal amount of compressed air yet, and had many of the features of equipment selling for several times its cost. Specifications and pricing.

Separating and Disposal Unit

I designed and built an abrasive dewatering and disposal system for use with wet blast machines. Because the media is actually in slurry form when it comes time to dispose of it, it is difficult to deal with. The industry does offer similar systems but, they are designed for much larger volumes and applications. These systems cost two, three sometimes even more than the cost of the blast machine itself. Our simple but effective unit sold for under $1,500.
